Music instruction is an opportunity for me to work with kids of all ages in deepening their skill and appreciation for music.  Studying music is not just good for those who wish to become musicians- it increases cognitive function, logic, and creative thinking skills for all those who study.  And in my experience, is a huge boost to confidence.  There is never a time to stop learning, so I am always challenging myself to improve and learn more, as well as my students.  I've taught  in music studios across Ontario as well as in South Korea, and all my students have been such a great joy to me!  I teach vocal technique and piano in the RCM or Conservatory Canada syllabi, but many students just want to have fun, develop their range and musicality, and so we do just that.  I also teach the Music for Young Children program, an incredible and dynamic keyboard based group curriculum that teaches children as young as 2 years old basic music theory, keyboard skills, composition, rhythm skills, singing, and of course we dance and play!
